Delivery:

-For Egypt residents, if you order any weekday (including Saturday) before 3pm, you will receive your order next day, during the time span that you will specify in the order form. If you order after 3pm, you will receive it two days after, also at the time span that you will specify. Non-Egypt residents will receive their order two working days after their order is placed, given that the order is placed before 3pm on a weekday. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Saturday and delivered on Sunday (Egypt) and Tuesday (international destinations.) All clients will always receive a confirmation email specifying delivery date and time.

Returns & Exchanges:

-Refunded returns will only be accepted in the case of an error on our part of sending a size/color or product that is different from the one ordered. In this case, the refund will take place in the form of a bank deposit. Also, exchanges are only accepted after the product(s) are sent back to the warehouse and the presence of the label and ticket as well as the as-new condition of the item verified.  Returns are only accepted in exchange for store credit that is valid until the end of the season. In the case of returns and/or exchanges, the client will pay for the transport fees involved. Sale items will not be returned or exchanged. Trying On Garments:

-Unfortunatly, as the Style-treasure warehouse is not accessible to the public, requests to try on or view the garments before purchase cannot be fulfilled.
